This Refund Policy applies to Directr and TrendSniper subscriptions.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide access to digital tools and services. Examples include:
- TrendSniper Pro
- Directr subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been activated.
However, we may review refund requests in cases such as: duplicate payments, or technical billing errors.
